• Process and manage recurring rent and deposit payments
• Verify bank account information for ACH transactions

Sedensia may send SMS text messages via an autodialer to the phone number you provide, including payment reminders, payment failure alerts, late fee notifications, housing service updates, cleaning notifications and delivery updates. Consent is obtained via checkbox when you enable SMS notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.

• Stripe — payment processing and bank account verification
• Plaid — bank account authentication and verification
• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — email delivery

Business Partners

Where your housing is arranged by your employer, we share the payment and housing information necessary to administer that program with your employer.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information where required by law, court order or government regulation, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of you or others.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Row-level security controls on all tenant data
• Bank account details tokenised by Stripe — full account numbers are never stored on our systems
• Role-based access control and audit logging

While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy. Payment records are retained for at least seven years for tax and legal compliance purposes. On account termination we delete or anonymise your information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
